Welcome To Poets Like Us

My name is Damian Rucci and I am a poet, performer, and organizer who has been rocking and rolling for the last ten years. I am the founder of the NJ Poetry Renaissance, a working class poetry movement that has been blowing up in the Garden State. I host ten bomb poetry shows and am the author of a bunch of poetry books including And Even If I Did, So What? (Two Key Customs) and Poets Ruin Everything (Drone Bee Gazette). Over the last decade my life has been an exciting one performing over one thousand times around the country and going on debaucherous adventures. This substack is where I can talk directly and share my story.
